The Joy of Prayer with Children

"Want to read a book before bed, Maddie Mae?"

This little sweetheart loves books. So she snuggled into my lap and we shared the Goodnight Prayer book together. Maddie was enthralled by the gorgeous works of art showing children at prayer. She listened intently to the soothing words. And I got to soak up the absolute joy of praying with my darling granddaughter. These are the moments that make my heart smile.

All my grand girls love a bedtime story. The joy of sharing a beautiful children's picture book that illustrates God's amazing Love for them makes for the most treasured memories.

Right now though... with the challenges of the pandemic and self quarantine ... Prayer is so vitally important...we have to come up with new ways to share these sweet moments with our little ones. So I have made a video of me reading Goodnight Prayer to send to my little angels.
